...Utilizes a universal Calendar and Guest Book system through this website and our advertising websites VRBO, HOMEAWAY, and their extended websites. When prospective Guests confirm their selected stay, the universal calendar system is immediately updated to reflect a TENTATIVE RESERVATION on all the calendars. This tentative reservation will be held seven (7) days pending the receipt of Guests' Reservation Payment. Upon receipt of Guest's Reservation Payment all calendars are then immediately updated to reflect Guest's selected stay as RESERVED.
